Inscription reads: 'In front of which the new line of the Grand Junction Railway is proposed to be carried.' Although there is no date upon the print, it is likely that it falls between 1833 and 1834. In 1833, it was proposed to run the Grand Junction Railway through Aston Park. The following year, however, the proposal was rejected. |
