Notes A topographical view of Kew in Surrey, from William Thornton, George Smith, and Alexander Townshend's The New, Complete, and Universal History, Description, and Survey of the Cities of London and Westminster (1784). The work contained numerous views of towns, villages, palaces, seats, churches, public buildings, and countryside. This view has been separated from another of Roehampton from the same plate which would have appeared below. It features a decorative floral border to the left, right, and top margins of the image.

Condition: Trimmed within plate at bottom. Light foxing.
