Leonce Albert Caillard (12th February 1846 - 21st October 1917) was a French Vice-Admiral and Chief of Staff of the French Navy. He was commander of the French Navy in Algeria during the so-called Tangiers Crisis of 1905, which further strained diplomatic relationships between France and Germany in the lead up to the First World War.
