From the Dublin Magazine. The Right Honourable Sir John Parnell was the Queen's County representative in Parliament. He became the Commissioner of Revenue in 1780; and went on to become the Chancellor of the Exchequer in 1787, and a Lord of the Treasury in 1793. He commanded a regiment of the Volunteers. Ex.
