Robert Wallace Hester (1866 - 1923) was a British engraver and etcher, and produced a number of portraits for Vanity Fair.
Francis Philip Barraud (fl. 1877 - 1891) was a London based artist.
Condition: Light acid mark running along bottom edge of sheet, likely from a previous mount, but covered by the current mount. Some light staining to bottom right corner of sheet, slightly effecting signature.
