Georges Huardel-Bly (b.1872) was a French engraver and etcher. Born in Orleans, France, he travelled extensively through Europe, documenting his travels in the form of highly detailed etchings and drypoints. Huardel-Bly was a prolific printmaker, particularly during his years spent in England where his etchings were very popular. Settling for a time in Brighton, he was sought out by the wealthy and famous for his skill as a silhouette artist.
