A view of Jesus College from Whittock's 'The Microcosm of Oxford Containing A series of Views of the Churches, Colleges, Halls & other Public Buildings of the University and City of Oxford'. Nathaniel Whittock (1791-1860) was lithographer to the University of Oxford. He was born in Oxford but moved to London in 1828. His nephew, Henry Hyde, was an engraver. Colouring may differ slightly from image. |
