Francois Veron (c.1575-1649) was a French Jesuit. Born in Paris, he joined the Jesuits at the age of twenty, and in 1622 received permission to preach in the streets and market-places of France. Veron wrote around eighty works during his lifetime including three anti-Jansenistic works, and some partial translations of the Bible.

Condition: Small tear to left of sheet, not affecting image.
