Notes Francis Hyacinth (1632–1638) was the Duke of Savoy from 1637 to 1638 under regency of his mother Christine Marie. He died in childhood and was succeeded by his brother Carlo Emanuele.

Georges Tasnière (1632 - 1704) Italian printmaker born in Burgundy and active in Turin at least from 1670 to 1678.

F J de Lange (fl. c. 1690 - c.1710) French painter draughtsman who designed a series of portraits representing the Dukes of Savoy, engraved by George Tasnière
