Notes From the first edition of Thomas Talbot Bury's 'Coloured Views on the Liverpool and Manchester Railway'. The series contained 13 plates, each of which were in aquatint with hand colouring.

View of the entrance to Liverpool's Edge Hill railway station. In this edition, the tower to the left is illustrated amidst construction, whilst in the second edition, the tower is shown to be completed.

Condition: Overall surface dirt, some overall creasing. Stain to right margin , outside of plate. Splitting to lower right platE mark. Old paper tape to verso.
