Richard Walter Hely-Hutchinson, 6th Earl of Donoughmore KP PC (2nd March 1875 - 19th October 1948) was an Irish peer, a Captain of the Royal Irish Regiment and a Conservative politician. At the time of this caricature he was Under-Secretary of State for War.

This is the first of nine misnumbered prints in the 'Men of the Day' series, which duplicated the series numbers 940 - 949. To rectify this mistake, the correct sequential numbering was restarted at No.960 (The Earl of Onslow). Nos.950-959 were never used.
