Cecil Frances Howard, Countess of Wicklow (1795 - 1860) was the daughter of John James Hamilton, 9th Earl and 1st Marquess of Abercorn. In 1816, she married William Forward Howard, the 4th Earl of Wicklow.

William Say (1768 - 1834) was a British mezzotinter. His complete work presented to the British Museum by his son in 1852.

George Henry Harlow (1787 - 1819) was a portrait painter, and a pupil of Thomas Lawrence. In 1818, he travelled to Italy where he was elected a member of the Academy of St. Luke in Rome.
