Notes A satire depicting an announcement from a pulpit: "The churchgoeres are requested to meet in the Vestry to consult on the best method of Eating the Church!!! and digesting other matters", with the onlooking churchgoers and wardens being visibly shocked and distressed by this.

Inscription below title, taken from an "old song": "The churchwarden's got a wide mouth And his Grinders are like a Sledge Hammer"

Condition: Trimmed within plate mark and gragerised into an album page. Two minor pin holes to bottom corners. Discoloured glue residue to edges of sheet.
