Notes A depiction of the ruins of Kenilworth Castle. Trees and shrubs have grown up inside the building. A reclining youth leans against the wall. Hills and trees can be seen in the distance, beyond the pair of figures walking up a slope into the frame. From a series of prints by Alfred Baker entitled 'The Ruins of Kenilworth Castle'.

Francis Oliver Finch (1802-1862) was a British watercolourist and lithographer.

Alfred Baker (fl. 1822) was a British etcher, painter and draughtsman.

Condition: Slight time toning, some creasing. Tears to margins.
