August Kneisel (fl. 1830) was a German lithographer, active in Leipzig. He collaborated with Cäcilie Brandt (fl. 1830), a female draughtsman and printmaker, who mainly designed portraits. The first name on the inscription of this print hardly legible, so it is possible this print was made after the design of another Brandt.
