The main cities and towns of the island, as well as the topography and major road network, are shown. In the bottom right corner, a boxed inset map shows the island's location relative to Asia Minor, Syria, and Egypt.
William Mackenzie (fl.1870s) was a Scottish publisher active in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Dublin, best known for publishing County Seats of The Noblemen and Gentlemen of Great Britain and Ireland, as well as Francis Frith's photographic Upper Egypt and Ethiopia.
Condition: Minor time toning to edges of sheet. Binders holes along top margin. Blank on verso.
