Fred Millar was a British etcher. He exhibited between 1915 and 1923, and had two works displayed at the Royal Academy. As well as publishing his own work, Millar produced etchings and mezzotints after a range of artists including Van Dyck, John Terrick Williams, William Clarke Wontner and Averil Burleigh.
