A rare, separately published, view of the west front of Clare Hall and the top of King's College Chapel. In the foreground people and academics can be seen walking through the gardens.

Peter Spendelowe Lamborn (1722 – 1774) was a British artist and engraver. Born in Cambridge, Lamborn studied engraving under Isaac Basire. Lamborn is most known for his engraved works but was also a skilled miniaturist and portrait artist.

Condition: Trimmed inside the plate. Repaired tear upper left corner and a repaired cut into the title space, light creasing, browning to verso.
