 <title>TVADA Autumn 2008 Art and Antiques Fair</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Sanders of Oxford will be exhibiting for the first time at the Thames Valley Antiques Dealers’ Association autumn fair at Radley College near Oxford from 24th to 26th October.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This year the event will have an interior design theme, furniture dealers will be encouraged to create room settings on their stands; fabrics, curtain making services and advice on colour schemes will be available. A large quantity of furnishing fabrics have been donated for the benefit of the Helen &amp;amp; Douglas House Children’s &amp;amp; Young Persons’ Hospice in Oxford and will be on sale at £2 per metre.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Japanese Exhibition</title>

&lt;p&gt;Flowers of the Floating World: Women in Japanese Prints and Photographs &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sanders of Oxford, in association with Arnaud Delas, presents one of the first British exhibitions to explore the depiction of courtesans and geisha in both Japanese ukiyo-e woodblock prints and early photography. This broad survey covers one and half centuries of the visual culture of the demimonde or ukiyo [which literally means the &#039;floating world&#039;].&lt;/p&gt;
